Cultivating Hope: helping our youth thrive during the pandemic

This webinar will address the impact the pandemic has had on youth mental health and will review the fundamentals that we need to ensure are in place to create opportunities that inspire hope.     

It will include validation strategies, challenging negative mind chatter, behavioural activation, self-advocacy at school and “upping the fun”.
