Mindful Tech: Reclaiming Presence in a Digital World is an online session designed to help participants pause\, reflect\, and explore a healthier relationship with technology. This interactive presentation explores how mindfulness can support well-being in an increasingly digital world. Participants will learn practical\, approachable strategies to reduce tech-related stress\, build awareness around digital habits\, and create boundaries that support presence\, balance\, and meaningful connection — both online and offline. This session is rooted in wellness\, mental health promotion\, and stigma reduction\, and is designed to meet people where they are. Perfection is not the goal — intention and self-compassion are. What you’ll learnBy the end of the session\, participants will be able to: Recognize how digital habits can impact mental health and overall well-being Apply mindfulness techniques to reduce digital overwhelm Create personalized digital boundaries that support focus\, rest\, and connection Reflect on how intentional tech use can support healthier relationships and daily routines Facilitators:Kate Dunn and Carla LaBella bring warmth\, insight\, and extensive experience in mindfulness\, psychology\, and mental health education.
