The SPCCH has created a Suicide Postvention Kit for families, friends and loved ones of those that have died by suicide in the City of Hamilton. Contained in this kit is information on where to go for help in Hamilton and resources that will help you understand some of the feelings and emotions that you are experiencing as a result of your loss. We acknowledge the generous funding of this kit by Project Concern, the in house charity of the Hamilton Police Service as well as the “in kind” services provided by the Hamilton Police Service. We are hopeful that the information contained in this kit will assist you and your family copes with your loss.
