safeTALK

safeTALK is a half-day in-person workshop that teaches participants to recognize individuals with thoughts of suicide, overcome barriers to asking about it, and connect them to intervention resources. It prepares anyone 15 or older to become a suicide-alert helper using the four-step TALK model.

Courageous Conversations: Talking about Suicide

Talking about Suicide is a one-hour in-person presentation that helps participants recognize the warning signs of suicide, gain confidence in starting a conversation with someone who may be struggling, and understand how stigma can prevent people from seeking help. Through education and open dialogue, participants learn how to foster hope, encourage help-seeking, and support healing within their communities.

Available for community groups, workplaces, and organizations —bring this workshop to your team.

LivingWorks START

LivingWorks Start equips you with the confidence and skills to recognize warning signs and take meaningful action. Every conversation matters — and your training could make the difference. It is a 90-minute virtual interactive training opportunity. All participants will receive a certificate of completion.
