NAMI Family-to-Family Education Program
The NAMI Family-to-Family Education program is taught throughout the Canada and United States, and is also offered in Mexico and Italy. To date, hundreds of thousands of family members have taken the course world-wide. Courses are open to all caregivers of adults with mental illness. It is recommended that program participants be at least 18 years of age. Getting to Zero: Suicide Prevention in the Hamilton Region safeTALK is a half‐day alertness training that prepares anyone 15 or older, regardless of prior experience or training, to become a suicide‐alert helper.
