This free virtual workshop is designed to help community members, caregivers, and anyone interested build confidence in finding and accessing mental health and community supports. Participants will learn about the different types of resources available, the roles of mental health professionals, and practical strategies for overcoming common barriers such as waitlists, eligibility requirements, and lack of information.
