In a world of constant notifications, endless scrolling, and digital overload, it can be hard to stay present, connected, and well. Mindful Tech: Reclaiming Presence in a Digital World is an online session designed to help participants pause, reflect, and explore a healthier relationship with technology.
This interactive presentation explores how mindfulness can support well-being in an increasingly digital world. Participants will learn practical, approachable strategies to reduce tech-related stress, build awareness around digital habits, and create boundaries that support presence, balance, and meaningful connection — both online and offline.
This session is rooted in wellness, mental health promotion, and stigma reduction, and is designed to meet people where they are. Perfection is not the goal — intention and self-compassion are.
